Our refund and returns policy is designed to offer flexibility while maintaining service quality. Please note that the policy is effective within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your enrollment or material purchase, we won’t be able to process a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund, the course or product must be in its original condition and unused. Digital materials, including software and downloadable products, are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation
Candidates will be required to fill the Fee Refund Form and get it approved from our Head Office. Cancellation rules may be revised as per the directives of Institute. No fees will be refunded if the application for cancellation is received after 30 days after the Commencement of classes (as notified in academic calendar).
